Venue
Koriyama City is located in the center of Fukushima prefecture and is a hub city in the Tohoku region, boasting the second largest economy after Sendai. Conference Venue is Koriyama Central Community Center / Koriyama City Koriyama Public Hall (郡山市立中央公民館, 郡山公会堂), located in the center of Koriyama City. The Koriyama City Public Hall is a historical building registered as a tangible cultural property of Japan in 2002. The venue is easily accessible by bus from the west exit of JR Koriyama Station.
Registration and Welcome Reception on August 26 is held in Koriyama Chamber of Commerce and Industry (郡山商工会議所). It can be accessible by a 10-minute walk from the west exit of JR Koriyama Station.
Banquet on August 28 is held in Koriyama View Hotel Annex (郡山ビューホテルアネックス, NOT Koriyama View Hotel). It can be accessible by a 5-minute walk from the west exit of JR Koriyama Station. It is also an accommodation for foreign invited speakers.

Bus:
- The bus ride to the conference site takes 6 min and cost ¥170.
- Only cash is accepted. SuicaなどのICカードは使用できません．小銭をご用意ください．
- Please take the bus “1Bコスモス循環池ノ台先回り” from the No. 11 bus stop at the west exit of JR Koriyama Station to the “Koriyama Central Library 郡山中央図書館” bus stop.
- The bus time at Koriyama Station in time for the start of the conference are 8:10, 8:20, and 8:40 (8:20 is the special non-stop bus for the conference).
- Please take the bus “20-4大槻（麓山経由）” from the No. 11 bus stop at the west exit of JR Koriyama Station to the “Hayama 2-chome 麓山二丁目” bus stop. The bus time at Koriyama Station in time for the start of the conference are 8:05 and 8:35.
