From Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station

"Tokyo Monorail" will take you to Tokyo Station. You have to transfer in Hamamatsucho Station from the monorail to JR Yamanote Line. More information is available from the following website or YouTube.

Most likely you will arrive at terminal 3 like the following YouTube. You can get on the monorail from the station "Haneda Airport Terminal 3".  In some cases, you will arrive at terminal 2.  In that case, You can get on it from the station "Haneda Airport Terminal 2".

Airport Limousine Bus

Second option is "Airport Limousine Bus". It will take you directly to not only Tokyo Station but also Shinjuku area and some hotels in Tokyo. Ticket office and bus stop is in arrival area of Haneda airport international terminal. More information is available from the following website or YouTube. This YouTube is the guide from Haneda Airport to Shinjuku area. Of cource you can get to Tokyo Station in the same way.

Most likely you will arrive at terminal 3. But in some cases, you will arrive at terminal 2.You can find the ticket counter and bus stops of the Airport Limousine Bus in both terminal 3 or 2.

From Narita Airport to Tokyo Station

"Narita Express" will take you directly to Tokyo Station. More information is available from the following website or YouTube.

You will arrive at terminal 1 or 2 (terminal 3 is for LCC). You can get on the Narita Express from the station "Narita Airport Terminal 1" or "Narita Airport Terminal 2-3".

 

You can also use JR ticket office "Midori no Madoguchi". But crowding is expected. We recommend to purchase the ticket from the ticket vending machine.

Second option is "Airport Limousine Bus". From Tokyo to Koriyama

"Tohoku Shinkansen" will take you from Tokyo to Koriyama. It takes about 80 minutes. You have to use "Yamabiko" or "Nasuno" Shinkansen for going to Koriyama. Please do not choose "Hayabusa" or "Komachi" because these trains pass through Koriyama Station.

When you perchase the ticket using the ticket vending machine, please choose Tohoku Shinkansen > Koriyama. You can also use JR ticket office "Midori no Madoguchi". But crowding is expected. We recommend to purchase the ticket from the ticket vending machine.

From Koriyama Station to Symposium Venue and Hotel

The symposium will take place at Koriyama Central Community Center / Koriyama City Koriyama Public Hall, located in the center of Koriyama City. You can get there from Koriyama Station by bus or taxi.

Hotel for foreigner invited speakers will be Koriyama View Hotel Annex (NOT Koriyama View Hotel). Banquet on August 28 will be also held in this hotel. You can get there by 5 minutes walk from Koriyama Station.
